We do not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or insurance advice, and we do not arrange or broker products. 10) Privacy & data protection
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and why, including for analytics, advertising and affiliate attribution.
We aim to comply with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and, where applicable to visitors in the EEA/UK, the GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for your rights and choices.
11) Disclaimers (no warranties)
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
12) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our directors, authors, contractors, and affiliates) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill; or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the Services.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed AED 1,000 (one thousand UAE dirhams).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in such cases, the relevant part may not apply to you, and our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UAE Finance Guide and its officers, employees, contributors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

16) Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai (UAE) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless we mutually agree to the jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts for commercial disputes.
17) Severability & entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements on the subject.
18) Assignment & waiver
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
19) Force majeure
We will not be liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, internet outages, government actions, or labor disputes.
